During a panel at this year's MCM London Comic Con, the voice acting cast behind Sonic Frontiers stated they'd be absolutely on board with a sequel.
In a recent interview at MCM London Comic Con that Screen Rant attended, the cast behind Sonic Frontiers revealed they'd be enthusiastically on board with acting in another entry. The game marked many milestones for the long-running franchise, introducing both its first open world and the new character Sage, an artificial intelligence created by Dr. Eggman. Since its release in 2022, there has been DLC for the title, but no official sequel has been formally announced just yet.
